Problem Note 65782: The PLM procedure incorrectly issues the message "ERROR: No valid observation in the OM= data set"

If the OBSMARGINS= or OM= option is specified in an LSMEANS, LSMESTIMATE, or SLICE statement and a user-defined format is applied to any of the effect variables in the OM-data-set, PROC PLM incorrectly stops processing and issues the following message:
ERROR: No valid observations in the OM= data set.
To circumvent the problem, remove the format from the effect variable in the OM-data-set as shown in the following example. The order of the FORMAT statement and the SET statement is important.
